MaxRewards shows that I have not used all of the Q3 spend on my freedom flex, even though it was maxed out weeks ago (All transactions processed and show 1% earn on Chase)

My Citi Double Cash card now shows ThankYou points on the Citi website, but in the app it still shows them as dollars thus turning 100 ThankYou points into $100 of reward value. I do have two Citi Cards: Double Cash and Premier.

USB Rewards are not being attributed. It makes all the trackers useless since all my transactions on USB Smartly / AR are zero'd out. Recommendations: 1) Fix tracking if USB cards 2) Don't count pending transactions towards average rewards in graphics (pulls down average)

If you have multiple US bank cards the rewards show up multiple times. E.g. for each offer redeemed I see it accredited to my Smartly, reserve, and cash+.

Activate capital one card linked offers

If would be nice to be able to track rewards that may not be associated with a credit card. For example, I use Hilton hotel points but I do not have a Hilton branded credit card. I would love to be able to track all rewards in one app.

A bunch of cards have outdated rewards I recently got cards but cannot track their rewards because of this. For example the Amazon Prime Visa has the old rewards percentages and the AAA travel advantage card doesn’t even have the rewards included on it.

I have rewards points from Alaska airlines that never appear, can we please fix that?

Even after statement, Amex Business Gold still states purchases here on Maxrewards as 1x when on Amex they list as 4x
