Won’t connect nor sync with Amex or Chase

What is wrong now that I cannot connect to Amex? Bad enough the app works with Chase when it wants . When I try to sync onto Amex, my Amex app asks me if it is me that’s logging in and I put yes and MaxRewards still won’t sync my card information with American Express. This never happened until recently. Please fix this! And, of course Chase works when it wants to with MaxRewards.

We have made significant improvements to our Chase and Amex connections, and we're seeing great results!! Now when you sync with Chase or Amex, you'll see the bank's website login page directly. This is a new login method for us, and we're seeing way more successful syncs taking place. Please update to the latest version of the app and try syncing your Chase and Amex accounts today!

I am still experiencing issues logging into Chase. I enter my username and password, so the loading wheel and message “Loading Authenticator View” and then am brought back to the username and password page over and over again.

We are aware of an ongoing issue with our connection to Chase, and unfortunately, we don't have a timeline for an immediate fix. Getting Chase up and running again is a major priority for us, however there are some roadblocks in the way that, with the small size of our team, we cannot immediately surpass.
