Under Bills, link cards to their respective pages just like under Cards

In your Wallet, if you tap any card under "Cards", it takes you to the MaxRewards page for that card. I always expected the same behaviour for the cards listed under "Bills" - but they cannot be tapped.
It would seem this could be fixed in 5 minutes... If for design reasons it cannot, please disregard.
