We released some major improvements for the login process, so this error should be fixed. Please update to version 3.40.0 or higher. If you continue to have the same issue after updating, please reach out to us directly at support@maxrewards.com

I agree. Also whenever I need to sync it doesn’t work most of the time.

We are working on improvements to this error. In the meantime, next time you open the app and you're logged out, force close. When you re-open, you should be logged back in.
