Since this has a large database of credit cards from several creditors, it’d be nice to have a “wishlist” of credit cards we plan to apply for either in the long term or short future. It could help with setting short term goals and provide data points if to ourselves if we got approved or denied based on the credit score or other factors that helped with decision

Anik Khan: Anik, any estimation on when the new card recommendation tool might be activated?

Anik Khan: Regarding “Card Recommendations,” how are you determining Card “Difficulty?” It’s way off on some banks/cards!!! Take Navy Federal (NFCU) for example. The app shows ALL of their cards needing “Excellent” with the lone exception of the Platinum (as “Rebuilding”). In reality, NFCU only has ONE card specifically marketed for “Rebuilding,” and that’s the nRewards card as it starts out secured. Their Flagship card is the only one needing truly “Excellent” credit as it’s a Visa Signature. All their other cards should be “Good” though I am a bit on the fence regarding their AMEX, however I would think that it requires “Good” too as I was approved for it pretty early on in my rebuilding cycle (about 1.5 to 2-years in). All said, I’m curious how you determine this field as it’s so inaccurate for NFCU. Thank you.
