Please add a way to view and update the payment method for the Gold subscription renewal to the app.
My subscription just renewed but apparently my card on file was out of date so MaxRewards sent me an email to update my payment method. Meanwhile I can’t access card linked offers today while the payment processes. This is frustrating because I can’t see how much I saved on card-linked offers to see it’s still a good deal to renew. And I also would have to check each credit card manually to see my card-linked offers today.
When I was troubleshooting this morning I went to the app to see what payment method was on file, but couldn’t find it. I wish I could have reviewed and updated my payment method from within the app, before MaxRewards tried charging an expired card. Even if it’s just adding a link in the app to the website MaxRewards used to update your payment method, that would help. Thank you!
