General issues with latest v3

1) the bonus tracker like others mentioned is needed. Thanks for letting us know that is planned.
Below are some issues encountering with v3⬇️
- Not all Amex cards showing, 1 card that is part of listed synced accounts never gets added
- Unable to add multiple Citi card logons like in prior version of app
- Unable to add Chase as others mentioned.
- The bills tab is not current and does not reflect current snapshot
- There instances of duplicate cards showing
- There are instances of card showing on bills tab but not on cards tab

Thank you for bringing these bugs to my attention. To address these points:
- This is a known error, and after investigating with our engineering team, it looks like it was likely caused by cards that were hidden in v2, and then when we didn't have a hide card option in v3 there was no way to unhide them. However since we realized this was the culprit, we prioritized getting that feature out. You should now be able to see if you have any hidden cards, and unhide them in v3.
- This sounds like a bug, so please send screenshots of the errors that you're seeing to support@maxrewards.com
- We are aware of ongoing issues with Chase, and unfortunately, we don't have a cut and dried solution. However, we will be utilizing our partnership with Visa to have an additional way to connect. - This also sounds like a bug, could you send screenshots to support?
- For duplicate cards, can you try unlinking those accounts and relinking the as new accounts?
- While I haven't seen this reported before, it is a bug, so please send screenshots to our support channel.

Hi Morgan Bowling quick update
- This is cleared. Removed duplication using new "hide" update. Had to update App though.
- This is cleared
- Known Chase issue, will wait universal solution
- This is now cleared
- I tried unlinking, for one account it clears and pops back up with a duplicate after relinking. Another account, 1 remains after delinking and after relinking creates duplicate. I used new "hide" feature to remove duplicates hence cleared now.

Oh, final qn- is the bonus tracker feature back for Amex and or other cards and do you have the solution link so can refer to? If not available please share when ready.

Steve Joynt: Hi, if Android app, i would suggest going to playstore and updating your maxrewards app. After i did this, allot of the errors i listed per above now cleared. Hope same for you.
