Please try the new Chase connector in MaxRewards (it will have the BETA tag).
The Chase beta worked & account/card was added with no issues. Beta is looking good!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Here's my suggestion: since sync seems less reliable (looking at you Chase) and not available at all for BILT rewards (perhaps other accounts as well) maybe there should be some method for editing point totals and other key fields manually. The next time a sync update DOES occur these manual edits could be automatically replaced by the new synced info.
Lots of requests for manual categories too, and manual card creation. Overall, I'd say, let's just get more user manual control involved in the app and be less will be dependent on your support team or bank cooperation.

This has been an issue for a while now
Chase and Citibank have been broken for me for at least 4 months now. Citi has been broken for longer... I don't bother raising support requests anymore since the responses are always the same: remove account, log out/clear cache, sign back in, re-add, fail.
I am in the same situation as you James I have 6 chase cards of my 12. I’m also having the same issue with my SoFi card. I feel they need to give use 3 months worth of refunds to our Gold Membership or extend our membership by 3 months. MaxRewards need to do something for there customers to maintain good customer service.
