I think an auto-sync option could be nice—though it’s important for folks to know that the credit card companies, not the app is who requires the two factor authorization.

But since not all of my cards require verification/two factor authentication each time, an auto sync option would be useful for them.

I’m thinking it would be something that would update in the background on our phones so that when we open the app it’s already done? Idk to me it’s easy enough to start the sync by pulling down on the homepage. And I don’t really need the app updated if I’m not looking at the app, so for me it’s working pretty well how it is.

It would be great if the card companies would let us choose to “trust this device” and have it know we’re using MaxRewards on the same device. But Idk if the technology is really there for that yet on the credit card company side? Also, I’d want to have two factor authentication before data is downloaded onto a NEW device with MaxRewards in order to prevent fraud. So being able to have the card companies know that we’re accessing the data on a consistent device seems important. 🤔

Hi CHASE sync doesn’t work again or hardly ever is important for me have a few cars there also I use them for tracking all travel and points please fix it I happens very frequently

If you go to Accounts and Cards and tap the gear for any of them, you'll see the auto-sync option at the bottom.

Some accounts seem to do better with that than others, and the frequency seems random, but the feature does exist.
