Foreign transaction fees aren't taken into account in the Categories side of Best Card. Because of this, it's showing cards that appear to be the best due to their valuations, but aren't.

For example, my Chase Freedom Unlimited shows as my best card for Travel, with 2.25x per dollar. But since it has a 3% foreign transaction fee, it's really .75x per dollar. It would be nice if there was some sort of toggle to make it so foreign transaction fees will be taken into account for Best Card categories.
