Custom Cards

We've fixed the initial issues reported for customizable card rewards as well as added some additional functionality:

You can now set a limit reset period (this is under the Limit section of customizing a reward group). This can be done only when an explicit reward period (with a start and end date) is not set for the group.
Resetting a reward group or resetting all reward groups for a card now causes the "Customized" label to properly go away.
Changing "Included Categories" for a reward group now properly changes the valid list of categories that can be excluded.
"Everything Else" view is now properly shown in the rewards info section on the Card Details screen.

Other Changes

Fixed a bug where deals would not show the right start or expiration date in the summary deals view.
Improved search result resolution when searching for cards on the "Add Cards" screen.
You can now see deals associated with a card on the "Card Details" screen.
